as soon as i arrived i felt welcomed and with the consultation i was given honest and educated advice, the atmosphere is relaxing as there's calming music on and you can also bring earphones for your own music. she is really nice, talkative, and polite. i could tell a huge difference with Kai Beauty Secret compared to past lash techs I've been to, with the techniques and methods that were used i felt that she cares about the clients needs and the overall experience and the outcome. she offered me a fluffy blanket if it was comfier or incase i was cold and it's a super relaxing experience personally, i fell asleep. i would absolutely recommend!
